In the night from the of April 27-28 we lost our cat Mori, on the section 132 of Highway73 . Another agent ( from the Road patrol Service) wrote down our phone number at the same place where we lost our cat. Unfortunately we had neither a positive or a negative feedback so far.
After a 30 hours journey from Germany to Canada our cat got out of his (cat) container and jumped on the window at the side of the unoccupied passenger seat. Before we even could react, the frightened cat activated the window lever and flew, literally like a grass ball, out of the window, to the right of the road.
Desperately we stopped the car to search for him. But we neither found the corpse or even blood of the cat and after holding a consultation with the cat’s veterinarian we’re sure that he is still alive but traumatized. Our cat, Mori, is a castrated, microchipped and vaccinated, silver grey male cat with mid-length soft fur. He is a norwegian/european hybrid cat who is used to communicating a lot.
After the accident, we drove along the roads for hours at the same place where we lost him to search for him, but had to stop because we had to continue to drive to Labrador City because a new job waited there and because we had to return the car. We urgently ask for your help! Has anyone seen a cat (which is similar to the description) around the area where we lost him?
We would be extremely grateful for help to distribute flyers, at bus stops, public or tourist places, petrol stations, in short all around the area where our cat has disappeared. We can not do it ourselves as we are too far away (we moved to Labrador City, hence our trip).
And neither we nor our children can rest because we miss our family member, our cat Mori, so badly.
