Grey and white cat found in Laval-des-Rapides

I found this beautiful cat, he meowed with fear all night in front of our place. Clearly he has never been outside, he has a leopard collar and he is very kind and affectionate. He is at my home now but I can’t keep him because I am allergic and I have 2 dogs (he is very afraid of my dogs) I would like to find his family because he cries a lot without stopping, he is scared the poor thing. Please share to the  max that I can find his family. (In Laval-Des-Rapides near Cluny Park).
