Green and yellow budgie (Cote des Neiges)

There’s a green and yellow budgie in a tree outside my window at 3281 Forest Hill. He’s in the tree just to the right of the front door (when you are facing it). He’s near the 2nd or third floor. I tired to catch him from my window but I haven’t been able to.
I tried calling the number above…….Catherines & no one answered yet.
