This sure does look like Vega. I wonder if this one has the scar on his ear (missing a little piece) like the description of Vega. Cross posting the link on Vega’s so hopefully Kim can check it out! (Please be Vega …)

Yah he reallylooks like Vega. It would be quite far from his home though but you never know.
