Charmine is 11 years old. He is neutered. He is black but appears dark brown in the light of day and has a small white spot on his neck. He is very thin (he has always been thin) but he is healthy.He is very nervous and won’t approach people. Charmine is lost in the area of Blainville J7C 4Y9
