Finally! Thanks to a lot of determination and legwork, the person who was keeping Bixi was found! She had contacted SPCA and Berger Blanc but was told their were no active searches. (Too bad she didn’t know about Petluck! ) Posters over a larger surface did the trick! Welcome home Bixi!!
