I found a small [bitch] dog (under 15lbs.) on June 23rd on the corner of 29th and Belanger (h1t 1b5). She has a red collar, but no id. She is white and black, extremely friendly but also easily frightened. She had lived in a smoking environment as she had reeked of cigarette smoke.
