Hi I’ve noticed this small female cat on 2e ave Verdun sticking around an empty apartment that is for rent. I have two dogs that would not be kind to her so can’t keep her. She is very friendly and skinny. I moved here recently and dont know anyone that wants her. SPCA said they would euthanize her. All other shelters not accepting.
