I found a Siamese cat, caramel and dark brown, pale blue eyes, in my garden since at least a month. I thought he belonged to someone but he seems lost as he hasn’t left my garden. I managed to approach him and give him food. He is VERY VERY affectionate and talks a lot. He or she still has his claws. I think it’s urgent to find him a home. It seems he should be spoiled and seems really sad to be outside alone.
UPDATE – JULY 30TH : This cat’s changed location, so a few more observations; he has put on weight, so it’s hard to imagine how skinny he was to begin with! Has progressed quickly with a good quality food, but is still underweight. He’s long, lean and small and seems very young, is talkative but not overly, and isn’t loud. Is astonishingly handsome, a beautiful coffee brown with clear blue eyes. He was not overly worried by the dog, and could also be handled on day one. Should be with someone who’s home a lot, and or with another cat, as Siamese are social by nature! They attach strongly with their owner, so stability is important! He barely left the garden with his previous caretakers and begged to be inside, so definitely would be a great indoor only companion. Please adopt him before I become too attached! The previous owners are still being looked for but he seems to be abandoned.
UPDATE – AUGUST 6TH : He has found a wonderful new home. Details are on his other post!
Hello,
I am a foster home for cats at the Chatopia shelter. I am currently fostering/adopting a cat but I would love to try fostering another one. My current boy cat, Jasper, would love some company and I would be willing to work with the siamese to see if they can get along. I would however, not adopt the siamese, but I would gladly give it a home until it is adopted.
Please feel free to call me at 514-825-4172, it is my cell phone number.
Thanks,
Barbara
Hi Barbara,
thanks so much for your generous offer! I’ll keep you in mind, but Bean might have found a home! Fingers are crossed that he’s healthy, and I’ll update as soon as anything changes on his status.
all the best!
