Who's lost in your neighbourhood?
It was thought Finnigan was found, but unfortunately it was not him but another very similar, (see above). This about Finnigan:
I lost my cat, Finnigan since November 15, 2009. He lives on Berri, between Duluth and Berri. He was used to going outside and came home punctually for meals. He is fixed but still has his claws. He was not wearing a collar but does have a chip. He is quite sociable and affectionate. If stranded he would seek help, so I’m hoping someone picked him up if he got lost. He is 5 years old. Semi-long grey coat with beige on the stomach and around the eyes. His eyes are green. Thank you.
Our little dog Bijou has disappeared. Operated female. In the night of December 31, 2009, on Chemin des Deux Lacs (Lac Creux) in the municipality of Lanthier. She is very old, blind, and her health is very fragile. Her tracks lead her in the direction of the 329. Surely a passerby took her. She didn’t have her collar.
Please, we miss her enormously. If you have seen anything, write us or contact us

She is between 145 to 155 pounds, and is 2 and 1/2. Not neutered, very gentle, she had her black collar with pet id. She is very big but very kind. Her name is Tonka, nickname Totounn. She goes more by Totounn.
Please contact me, thank you. It is not any kind of weather to have any animal outside…

There must be someone, somewhere who knows something, contact us at (450) 724-4103
I know it’s been a long time, but I think of him very often so I keep hoping I’ll see him again…
A male cat has been feeding off garbage and compost around my house for several weeks. He would flee whenever I would try to get close to him but he came around and now is in my heated garage and eating proper food. He is a big brown tabby male with a lot of black stripes on his back, white paws with extra fingers (the extra fingers are beige) and green eyes. He is very affectionate and just wants to be petted. I can’t let him in the house or keep him because I have 3 other cats (2 of them male) and a small dog.
Thank you for posting his picture. Hopefully, someone is looking for him.

I live in the area of St-Michel street in Longueuil and my long haired black cat is surely lost as she hasn’t come home since the night of Wednesday, July 22…She’s about 5 weeks pregnant and I would like to be there for her delivery (around the end of August)…And also, she has a lilac coloured flea collar.
If you see her call me at 450-646-5121…please
UPDATE JAN 17TH : A rather disturbing update. The same owner has 2 other cats disappear. The two newly missing are called Puce and Belle. They could be anywhere, so if you live in the same area, be extra vigilant! This is the note I received (translated from french) :
I never found her even after clearing the area around my house, after putting up posters on poles and announcing on the Internet. Since that time, a friend gave me two adorable kittens, that are now also missing…The last went missing on Wednesday, January 13.
There’s something happening in my neighborhood, I think…This is not normal…My cats have always worn a collar and they always came back and never strayed far…I would just call or shake a bag of treats and they appeared! Anyways, I send you their pictures and perhaps by some miracle, somebody would have seen them?
If anyone has information to add, please contact me!
UPDATE : JAN 26TH : Happily Belle has shown up! Hopefully the others will follow!
Two year old female cat, gray, lightly tabby with white stomach, neck and tips of her paws, front and back, and with beige face, chest and upper front legs. About 22 inches long (head and body, not including tail) She was wearing a white flea collar at the time that she disappeared.

If you’ve seen her or know where to find her : If you’ve seen a stray cat in your alley, probably for several months, with her characteristics (if the cat has been outside, it’s fur may have changed or faded, and it might be skinny) I ask you to please call me and if possible take her photo.
