Tuxedo cat found in the Plateau

cat found in the Plateau

Domesticated cat, tuxedo colouring, no collar. Adult cat but still seems young. Well-behaved, comfortable around humans. Either female or castrated, not sure how to tell. It has been visiting me and my neighbours for many weeks, at Sherbrooke and Hotel-de-Ville; I took the cat inside after Christmas once the temperature outside dropped below freezing. Hoping to find where she came from, since it clearly grew up around humans, and because I have allergies.

Shepherd collie mix found in St-Hubert

dog found in St-Hubert

Collie X German Shepherd, less than a year, neutered, friendly, very active. Found 2-to 3pm near the dog park at the intersection of rue Vauquelin and R100 in St-Hubert. Wearing a leather collar with motifs, no medals. He weighs 70lbs. We discovered that he responds to “Buddy” so thats what we’re calling him!

It goes without saying that I want to give the dog to his real family and not to people who would like to take advantage of a dog already operated and relatively clean. Otherwise we will surely keep him =)

Whistler

Whistler

Hello, my cat has not come home since last Monday. I live near metro Cremazie on Avenue Chateaubriand. He is an adult cat, black with yellow-green eyes, long haired, he’s called Whistler, is operated and is not at all fearful. I think it’s the same cat that was seen on the corner of Viau, Adam… the person who reported him says she has put a red collar on him.

Thank you to contact me at 514-778-6355 if you find him. Cyrille

Grey cat found in the Plateau

cat found in the Plateau

Hi – this solid grey, white chested, shorthaired cat (fairly large and kind of a long face – not obvious in the photo) has been wandering the winter nights for the last couple of weeks and picking up food and water from myself and neighbours alike on Le Jeune street. It seems pretty streetwise and adept at the outdoors so I think it is not lost but a stray (obviously has no collar). I have taken it in a couple of times for a couple of hours but having another cat and no closed rooms that didn’t work out well (the stray was fine – but my cat wasn’t too happy). The stray invariably wanted to go back outside. It always appears late night / very early morning. It is surprisingly friendly, and quite agile (when jumping around and exploring). I am posting this *just in case* it is a lost cat and not a stray as it seems to have only appeared fairly recently.

Husky/Malamute found in Joliette – is now stray!

dog ound in Joliette

Hello, we found a dog yesterday around 2pm on Roger Goulet street in Joliette, in the area of Vieux Moulin. He is super good with children, does not bark, does not growl. He has no trouble with other dogs. He has a problem with his right eye. His eyes are a beautiful blue. Some tell me he’s a Siberian Husky and others a Malamute. He is quite large. For now we’re keeping him with us. Thank you.

UPDATE – JAN 25TH : Apparently this beauty has run off again so is now stray in Joliette!
