Orange tabby found in Ville-Emard

cat found in Ville-Emard

I started noticing this beautiful cat roaming around 6 to 7 weeks ago, In Ville Emard , Montreal, Quebec, Postal Code H4E 2X5. I was not worried at the time for it had some sort of a collar on.. But within 2 weeks or so, no collar, and I noticed he was getting a bit gruffly looking.. Now in the last couple weeks he has dropped a lot of weight. about 2 months ago a Post was put up about a lost cat, had no pen on me, was hoping I could return soon to get the phone # ,  the Photo looked a lot like this cat. However, being handicapped it is not easy to get around, and when I got to it, the post was gone. He is scared but very friendly, we have petted him , he has never sprayed so maybe he is fixed, or it’s a female, Could not tell. He definitely is a Domestic Cat.

Found Cat – Do you know this cat?

Orange/beige/buff male, amber eyes, with a dark mark on his head.  He is constantly in my yard and in the vicinity of my house.  He is quite adorable, friendly, but sometimes very hungry.  I have known this cat for a year (since I moved to this area) but since the end of April I have grown increasingly concerned that he no longer has a home OR that his family is worried that he has wandered off, or that he has abandoned his family!

Is this your cat? do you know this cat? do you know if he has a home? I need to know he has a family who loves him and looks after him and he just happens to be a real extroverted visitor. But I am worried, he sleeps on my chair outside many nights, or in my hostas during the day. I really hope he has a home and a family and he is just a merry wanderer that is highly social.

I live on Fieldcrest Avenue, near Tampico, just east of St. Jean, just north of Lakeview, in Pointe-Claire, just abit south of the 20.
