There is a cat in my neighborhood (rue Saint-André between Sherbrooke and Ontario) which is roaming. I think he’s a stray but I want to be very sure. I saw him this winter and he sleeps in a shelter that I made him on my balcony. He lets me pet and feed him. He does not let me see if he is castrated or declawed.

Wanders the alley between 3rd and 4th Avenue in Verdun, between Wellington and Verdun streets, (h4g2x4)
I think it might be a he, and perhaps an abandon as he’s very friendly. Has a (healed) broken ear. He’s fairly small, very affectionate and has been there a few weeks at least. I’m in contact with the Refuge de Chat Verdun to find him a home otherwise.
