She is six years old and she was stolen around Métro Charlevoix, Montreal in August-September 2011. She is a kind of bichon maybe crossed frisé and Maltese. She is naturally an enthusiastic, loving little dog (she especially loves children). And very smart. We miss her a lot. Thank you

Young Siamese cat found in Rivière-des-Prairies, Montreal July 30, 2011, black muzzle, white-beige, brown, orange and gray fur. Declawed, but must stay outside (allergy).
Urgent: Actively seeks a new home … the time to find his owner * untraceable until now…
* Well, if they are found …

Sadly, it was learned that lovely Sam had been hit by a car the same day that he went missing, and hadn’t survived. RIP beautiful boy. My deepest condolences to his family.

This is an excellent example of how effort and some involvement from neighbors can do wonders. Here’s the message from Parker’s family :
Parker is home safe and sound after a harrowing (to us) and probably just interesting (to him) 3 nights outside.
We spent yesterday evening going house to house, dropping off flyers with photo & contact info in every mailbox, and late last night walking the streets and alleys with food and calls to no avail. Very early this morning, a wonderful gentleman on our mailing blitz called us up to tell us that he was looking out his back window straight at Parker and to come quickly, which, after throwing some clothes on, we did. Sure enough when we staggered up he was perched calmly on the man’s back stairs in an alley that we had incidentally skipped last night during our rounds, but that we had still been walking regularly during other searches. He seemed none the worse for wear despite being on the filthy side and pretty obviously hungry.
As we were carrying him home, a man just leaving his house spotted us crossing the street and shouted “Hey! You found your cat!” and gave us a huge thumbs up, which was pretty awesome.
We piled back into bed and slept off the excitement, and Parker is now stretched luxuriously out on the floor at my feet, purring, his dirty belly exposed to the world, and has no idea that a bathing is in the offing.
Welcome home lovely Parker, have a nice bath.

This cat found in mid January is actually Boule de Poils, lost in mid-December! And he’s now home! Hooray!

A little birdie told me that Maddie has been found! She’d been missing since July 11th, and was found yesterday, October 23rd, thanks to posters. More proof that you shouldn’t give up on your lost friends too quickly.
