With all the research we’ve been doing, a very nice lady called when she saw our poster. It wasn’t Scotch, but I took her in my arms and it’s a female, and pregnant. The cat was coming to eat at her home for several weeks but she’s going on a trip. I offered to take this little minounne until we find the family. Vet. etc., and this soothes my pain of losing my little love. We’ll look after her and have her operated after the weaning. But if anyone is looking for her, she’s really cute. According to the Vet she’s between a year to a year and a half, and it’s not her first pregnancy. Calm, gentle, one sees that it is a cat who is accustomed to a house. If nobody claims her we will keep her. We call her Fidji. It’s a great story. She was found on 2nd Avenue, Lasalle, Two Mountains.
UPDATE – OCT 4 : This cat also fell into the right hands, and had her three babies, of which 2 found homes, one of which will be kept, as well as the mother! Kudos to Daniel and Lynda for their wonderful care of this family, it will be a truly happy ending when their beloved cat Scotch is returned to them.
