This cat has been stray since late summer in the area of Gauthier/Parthenais/Des Erable. Since the cold weather, I’ve sheltered him as much as I can, but I already have two so he stays out when I have to go to work. He’s an all gray male, not neutered, about 1-2 years old. He was abandoned because he’s not afraid of humans. He’s very nice and sweet. I tried to find him a home where he will have all the love he deserves by putting ads in my area. I thought I had found him a home, because he spent 1 week in an adoptive family, but he came back because they told me he wasn’t okay in their home. So, I’m still with the same problem. I heard of your organization. Please help me to find him a home. He should also be neutered. I can’t keep him long.

UPDATE 28 FEB : A new photo of this beautiful cat. He is about 2 years old, is now sterilized, treated for fleas and parasites, and is still with Catherine waiting to be adopted.

It was thought Finnigan was found, but unfortunately it was not him but another very similar, (see above). This about Finnigan:
I lost my cat, Finnigan since November 15, 2009. He lives on Berri, between Duluth and Berri. He was used to going outside and came home punctually for meals. He is fixed but still has his claws. He was not wearing a collar but does have a chip. He is quite sociable and affectionate. If stranded he would seek help, so Im hoping someone picked him up if he got lost. He is 5 years old. Semi-long grey coat with beige on the stomach and around the eyes. His eyes are green. Thank you.

I just received a happy update about this cat, found at the beginning of August. Turns out she had been pregnant. But Kelly took care of mother and babies, and homes were found for all!

This little cutie who was found in August has been officially adopted by Jennifer, who found him, (who’s also still looking for her lost cat Miminne)

I lost my dog close to Joliette and Hochelaga street, Montréal. He’s a gray and black english setter and has a tag from the Taschereau Veterinary Clinic. It’s already been 16 days that I’ve been looking for him. I will give a reward to the person who finds him.

Found in Verdun near Valiquette and Bannantyne. First showed up on Monday, August 27th 2009. Defining features: male, fixed, short fur, white stomach, chin and legs with tabby colouring on his back. Good, clean teeth, short/trimmed nails and a clean coat indicate that this guy was well cared for. He is litter trained and doesn’t care much for catnip. He is very friendly and invited himself into our building (and is now very hesitant to leave-he just ventured outside for the first time in over 3 days). He is friendly with, but cautions around my 17 month old son.
We would love to see him go back to his home, but will continue caring for him until we can place him. We can not adopt him ourselves, so if anyone is interested, help would be appreciated.

I lost my cat Bibi, a 1 and 1/2 year old male. He was wearing a blue collar, and he has a bump on his muzzle. At the corner of Taché and Camille Paquet Avenue in Ahuntsic, Montréal.

Hello, I’ve lost my 6 year old male cat. He is gray and shaved only on his back as I shaved him myself. He’s neutered and declawed on his front paws. He left the house on August 8, when someone left the patio door open. He doesn’t have a collar as he’s an indoor cat. I miss him very much as I got this cat when I fell ill, and he’s my source of life. I adore him and both my children and I miss him greatly. If you see him please, I live in Mirabel, St-Canut.

I’m looking for Mishka, my little gray cat. He’s been lost since July 27. He’s gray with green eyes and is just one year old. Mishka is very friendly and playful. He disappeared between Louis-Hemon and Bellechase street. I’m very sad since he’s gone missing and thank you for helping me to find him.

My little cat Patate (4 years old) disappeared from her adoptive mother’s house on the morning of July 7th, 2009, on des Carrières street close to Iberville, (Rosemont district). She has a pink collar. I think there’s a good chance that she tried to return to my old residence, on de Gaspé close to Villeray, (Villeray district). It’s been 3 weeks, and I still haven’t had any news…

A female grey cat has been living on and around our balcony (Fabre between Laurier & St. Gregoire) for about a month.
Please contact me if you have lost her at waxsincere[at] yahoo[dot] com .

Kimchi is small – between 6mths and one year old – and colored white and gray. Dirt tends to accumulate in her nostrils. Her nose is pink. Her most distinctive markings are two “teardrop” like markings on the inner corners of both her eyes. She is very friendly and will come right to you. She has been missing for nearly a month. She was last seen at the corner of Boucher and rue Berri, in the Mile End. Thanks, Jodie.
