This beautiful, tabby and white male was found on Laval Avenue near Prince Arthur in the Plateau. Seems young, perhaps a year old, was definitely a house cat, is not neutered, and is limping. Seems like he’s been out for awhile.

UPDATE JUNE 4TH : Good news for “Solo” as he’s been dubbed by Loulou. His vet care will be taken care of, and he just needs a foster, until either his owners, or if not, an adoptive family are found. Loulou has her hands full with some kittens she took in (also needing homes!) I’m so relieved as he looks tired, and in need of some care.
UPDATE SEPT 17TH : Solo has tested negative for FIV and has been dewormed, and will be neutered, and now that the cooler days are coming, these beautiful homeless souls will be circulated to the top of the blog once a week, starting with this handsome boy. Share his sweet face on your facebook and ask your friends. If you have just one think about a second. They have so much love to give!
UPDATE OCT 7TH : Seems that for better or worse, Solo has been taken. I hope that he’ll be well looked after, as he’s been through a lot.

Found in NDG, near Somerled and Madison, a black and white MALE cat. He has been hanging out since late June 2010. Presently kind neighbours feed him. It would be great if someone in this neighbourhood could take him in if he is not claimed. Unfortunately those feeding him cannot for various reasons.
If you have lost him or if you can offer him a good home should owners not claim him, please contact: Ruth (514) 637-6070
UPDATE : This cat has been neuteured (yay!) and is safely inside, but needs a new home!

Her name is “Big Girl”. She has been lost for 4 weeks! She is a brown/black tabby female, with dark yellow/gold eyes, is fixed and is approx 8 years old. She is an outdoor cat, who is very timid and very scared! She has been cared for by my 82-yr. old Mother, since she was 1 year old. The cat ran away on Friday, June 18th, 2010, from Sutterlin Blvd., Chateauguay, (near the hospital) the day my Mom moved to Kingston, Ontario. She dearly loves this cat, is devastated and prays that someone will be able to trap her. Big Girl’s 3 sister cats cry for her every day.
The picture of “Big Girl” was taken approximately 4 years ago. She was a lot heavier when she got lost.
She is still in the area and is apparently losing weight, but help is needed to trap her, if anyone can help, or knows of an organization who will be willing to help, please call me or email
. 718-761-6374. If someone wants to speak with me, they can email me back and I will phone them back in Canada, as I have free long distance with my phone carrier. A reward is being offered for her return.
Or if you see her, please contact Carol Waterman 450-632-6197. Arrangements will be made for pick up, so that she can be returned to her new home. Thank You!

I would love to find my little cat Charlotte, lost since June 24th, 2010 in Boucherville on Samuel de Champlain street close to Des Groseilliers. Charlotte is a small calico of 2 years old and wears a black collar. Thanks for your help.
If you see her call Claudine at 450-641-1361

Age: 2
Description: Male & Neutered, Non-declawed, tabby, long orange and brown hair. Green eyes. White belly and paws. Did not have his collar when he went missing.
Lost on DECARIE & CÔTE ST ANTOINE since FRIDAY, June 18.

I lost my grey tabby in early June 2010. She was with my parents on Legault in Greenfield Park for 2 weeks and she went out without any problem, until her departure. Her actual home is in Hochelaga Montreal on Valois. So it’s possible that she’s gone far.
She’s a grey tabby cat, about 3-4 years old, operated, not declawed whose first name is Frisbee. She’s a bit shy with strangers, because I adopted her from the street. Her eyes are yellow-green, she has a white muzzle and white around her eyes. She has a small scar on the right side of the muzzle when we face her.
I know that the chances of finding her are slim, but I hope she has at least found a new home. Her life has not been easy. Her fur is a little longer and fuller now, although if she’s been on the streets since her departure, her fur may be in a piteous state right now.

I lost my dog in the night of June 30th to July 1st. It’s a Jack Russell, white with a black spot on one eye and a cropped tail. She’s a female, named Jackie, she is 1 and 1/2. We believe that she either ran away or was stolen from our backyard. We live in West Laval. A reward of 300 $ for the person who helps us find our dog.

I found a kitten in N.D.G. who is about 4 months old but not sure, since it’s been ages that I’ve had a kitten. It came to my back gallery around midnight of Wednesday, June 30 and ran right into the house. I’m suspecting a moving day casualty since no one seems to be looking for it, but who knows…
It’s very very friendly, extremely cuddly, seems comfortable with dogs and other cats (at least mine).

Large reward to whoever finds him.
I lost my Himalayan blue point on the Plateau, in the area of Fabre/Laurier, around the 19th-20th of June 2010.
Lost and/or stolen between mid June and today…If you find him, please contact me…I’m desperate! He needs special care. Thank you so much to help me find him.
