Good news for this pretty boy, who was taken in by Sabrina, who had mistaken him for her cat Finnigan. She has had him vaccinated, neuteured, and treated for any parasites as well as tested for FIV and FeLV. Now, she has found him a good home with a friend. (Thanks to Isabelle for the update.) Let’s hope karma brings home Finnigan, who’s greatly missed and still being looked for!

Found in Longueuil

Well, if you are looking for this pretty cat, she’s been given to Gerdy’s Rescue. Thanks again to Isabelle, for keeping me informed. They should all be so lucky!

UPDATE : Cassandra has found a new home ! I’m happy it worked out for her !

Muffy

Joy for the owners of Muffy! Missing for two weeks, and found 10 blocks away, where a family took her in and saw the posters that had been put up! Yay Muffy

2-cats-found-Rosemont

Two little stray cats lost and without a family. The orange one has a white flea collar and I”ve been feeding him for 2 months already. The black one is about 8 months old and is not fixed. The cold is at our doors and I would like very much to find them a family. I live in the area of Petit Patrie. Thanks…

Ruby-a

Ruby left our house on Rolland Crescent in Greenfield Park yesterday afternoon (November 23, 2009) and didn’t come back. He usually stays in the immediate neighbourhood i.e. on this street. Ruby is a 10-month-old, light gray, long-haired tabby mix. His most noticeable feature is a very fluffy tail that he usually holds straight up. Ruby is wearing a red collar with rhinestones, a bell and a tag.

Oberon

After 2 months, the elusive Oberon has finally been found! And none too worse for wear all considered. Fresh posters were put up and that was the key to finding him. He was only two blocks from home, but had escaped capture once before, and was nervous and skittish. His owners couldn’t be happier! Their message :

I would say to people who have lost their pets to not give up too soon and put new advertisements from time to time so that people understand the importance of finding their lost pet.

Good advice!

Doudou

Doudou has been lost since August 1, 2009. She is a long haired female cat, two and a half years old. She is brown-orangish color, and her tail lookes like a squirrel’s tail. She is not declawed, but has been fixed. When she was lost, she wore a red collar with a gold bell. When she went outside, she was usually around the Oasis street in Brossard. And she never stayed outside overnight.

There was a soccer game at Parc Ste Marie on Omega street (next to Oasis street) on August 1. There were many players from other part of Brossard and Ontario who parked their cars on our street. Since Doudou is a curious cat, we thought it is possible that she went into one of these cars without the car owner knowing, and was taken to somewhere else. We have been searching for her and visiting SPCA regularly since the day she went missing.
