Aged about 10 years, sterilized and vaccinated, healthy when he disappeared, weighed about 13 pounds in the last vet check. Wearing a gold medal identification at the time of his disappearance. He may have suffered since his disappearance if he is still alive. Reward promised if found. G1K 2E1

We have here at l”Hôpital de l’Est a dog that was brought to us during the day yesterday around 4pm. He is a male terrier/Poodle cross, about 6 years old, approximately 20 lbs, black, neutered, freshly shaved. He’s wearing a black collar, no medals and no microchip. The dog was hit by a car around Parc St. Michel yesterday afternoon, the people that hit him brought him here.
He presents very significant injuries and we’re trying to find his owner in order to provide appropriate care.
You can contact us at the Animal Hospital 514-355-8322, ave Chaumont, Anjou, H1K 1N6
*Thanks to the l’Hopital Veterinaire de l’Est for putting in extra effort to find this boy’s family. They also have a Foundation that can be found here.
UPDATE MAY 27TH : No one recognizes this poor baby? Positive thoughts for his recovery would be appreciated. His little face breaks my heart, abandoned on top of being hurt, as he has not been claimed. Despite everything he responds to his treatments by hand licking, and has thoroughly charmed his caretakers. His injuries are quiet extensive, so anyone who wants to help can do so through the Foundation.
FINAL UPDATE : Thanks to the Fondation HVE this boy has pulled through and has also been adopted and named Flash. Great job!

Great news! Socrate, who had been missing since May 21st, has been found! If you’ve lost a small animal it’s imperative to follow the facebook page: Exotic Animals Montreal SPCA . Socrate spent some time with a foster family, and is now reunited with his very happy family!

Little Caramel had only been in her home a week before she was lost at the end of May. And this, just before her appointment to be sterilized! Amazingly, she fell into the right hands, and her photo was then found here. She has just today returned to her happy family! She was apparently quite a distance from her home! (7.3 km!)

Photo of pretty Caramel, before she was returned home!

My heartfelt condolences to Dragon’s family for their loss. RIP beautiful Dragon, taken too soon.
