Late update! This cat found in 2010 eventually found his owners!

No, this is not a long lost cat come home, but an overdue update, and welcome news nonetheless! I learned today that Kira, posted in October of 2010 was found in the end!

A new photo of Kira at home!

Random update, this sheltie found in October of 2010 was eventually was adopted through Sophie’s dog adoption.

Wow, fantastic news!! Mini was lost in the first week of October 2010, and is now home again!! She survived the entire winter outside! What a survivor! Big thanks to Stephen and Annie for having spotted her and for giving a sign! Hooray for Mini!

And here are new pictures of Mini at home, looking in fine form!

In autumn of 2008, this cat took refuge in a small barn in St-Eustache. He has survived despite his fear of dogs, horses and other cats. In autumn of 2009, the barn was destroyed by fire. The unfortunate cat spent the winter outside, and was caught early in the summer of 2010, scared and hurt. He has since, as often happens, wormed his way into the heart of his caregiver and is now a permanent member of the family!

I lost my cat last October. He is about 9 years old and goes by the name of Loki.
He has always been an outdoor cat so i don’t think he got hit by a car or something like that… he has never ran away or been gone for more than a day. He is an extremely friendly cat and quite a talker. I wouldn’t be surprised if he jumped into someones car…
I have gone to the shelters regularly, but nothing… At this point I just want to know if he’s ok. If he was found by another family and if he’s happy there then that is enough. He’s a big kitty. White with black patches over his eyes and a black dot on his nose. He has 2 black patches on his back and a black tail.
The address is on rue du Portage, Laval

Our Paolo disappeared from our Rosemere home last October. He should now be a beautiful 10 month old Persian. He is neutered.

My name is Karolane and I lost my Doberman-Pitbull in Montreal North in October 2010. He is older than one year, golden-brown and white. He was with his brother, who I found at the SPCA but I still miss him, Sniper. Every day I think of him, I post ads, email with photos. I still phone the SPCA, I look at the photos on their site, although I know they’re not all there. I have to return on Feb. 7th to the SPCA to take out the stitches on my first dog so I’ll leave 2-3 pictures there too. I do not even know if someone has him or if the SPCA have sold him, I’ll maybe have more news on Monday when I go back to the SPCA. If someone has bought him, I am ready to pay their expenses and the dog. Help me please I miss him so much. His family eagerly awaits! Thank you!
Contact me by email if you have seen or heard from him!

This pretty kitten was adopted into a family, but it doesn’t seem to be working out! (See comments) Is anybody able to take her in?
UPDATE – JAN 17TH: With some time and effort the kitty has finally been able to settle in! Great to hear!

I lost my cat in Lachine. He’s a male about 6 years old. He’s on the heavy side. He is a grey domestic short hair tabby, neutered and has his claws. He does not like to be held but loves to be pet. He never came home. Its been since Oct – nov 2010. Please try to help me find me cat.

Baby had been missing since October 26th, and has just made it home after his picture was spotted on Petfinder! Yay Baby!

Hi, this dog was sold by some homeless guy to a man named Al who has an antique shop in the old port. We’re assuming this dog was stolen. Hopefully someone recognizes this dog and can find it’s original home. It’s a boy shih tzu (cross?) who looks between 1-4 years old.
UPDATE – DEC 26TH : The origins of this dog were never found, but he was lucky enough to find a new family.
