The presence of cats made it necessary to find a home for this little parakeet!

My budgie flew away the 21st of July near La Brosse Boulevard, in Gatineau. It is a female.
My phone number is 819-439-0591. Thanks.

Amazingly, this is not the first time Pi has flown the coop, and once again he is home! Lucky bird! Thanks to the Montreal SPCA for their support of the site, and for making the connection that reunited Pi with his family!

My lovely little budgie flew away a week ago, in Kirkland. She is mainly white, with some baby blue under her tail. She is very friendly and may try to land on your head. We miss her!

Hello, I found a budgerigar (blue-gray) this morning near my home on chemin Hudson, near Ste-Justine Hospital. I put it safely (in the dog’s travel cage), but it is not comfortable for a parakeet, quickly find my parents!

Cocotte is an exceptionally lucky and plucky little bird! Lost in Valleyfield, and back home after a big adventure. I received a really nice note today and some new pictures of her back at home with her friends! This is her story in her owner’s words : (translated from French!)
A week ago, Cocotte was found, thanks to the English translation of your site! She was found in Lasalle, she had travelled 60 kilometres and stopped from weakness in the driveway of a house in the suburbs, where they were English. They then did a search in English (my only posting on Kijiji was uniquely in French) and they stumbled on your site. I went to fetch her the same day, she was weak and dehydrated but now she is recovering from her adventure and is back with her friends, one month and 60 kilometres later … I didn’t write earlier because I wasn’t sure it was really her, I had to study her a little, her behavior, etc. … Today I know it’s her. Thank you for the existence of petluck.ca…
So if you’re unlucky enough to lose a little bird, they can travel quite a distance! I’m so happy that the pretty little Cocotte is back home!

We lost our little yellow budgie last August 16, 2009 in the Marlborough Area in St. Laurent, QC. We have searched in vain and have posted almost 100 flyers on posts and mailboxes in our area, including online as well. “Tiki” is a unique 3 years old female yellow budgie and can have a soft greenish florescent glow near her chest (depending on lighting). She is extremely friendly, intelligent and adores humans. She says simple phrases such as ‘Pretty, pretty”, “Hello baby” and “love you”. She loves home cooking and enjoys exploring homes. She also enjoys books…chewing them. At this point in time, we believe she may have flown into someone’s care and hope her new family sees this ad & contacts us by :
