Cat found in the Plateau

cat found in the Plateau

Since July 8, 2011, this little cat strays in the area of Plateau Mont-Royal, not far from park Lafontaine. She hides under a balcony during the day. She’s cute as all, has a gentle heart and although nervous, she allows herself to be caressed, purring. She surely must miss her family. Two neighbors feed her on occasion, but can’t keep her.

Hervé – home!

Herve-retrouve

I love receiving messages where I can sense the absolute joy of having found a loved one. I hope it will help give others hope. Hervé was lost since May 22nd. This from Hervé’s family (from French):

Jubilation and amazement! Hervé came back home on his own. He is recovering from an apparent trauma. A big thank you to you, if only for letting us have hope!

A big thank you to the lady who called us to let us know your services and encourage us in our search.

Sincerely,
JF and Benoit

I also would like to thank the person who let them know about Petluck.ca. It’s encouraging and greatly appreciated ! :)

German shepherd found in Parc Lafontaine – brought to Berger Blanc!

dog-x

German shepherd, (black face), unclaimed, seems to be about 3 years old, and possibly injured on his back paw, found in the dog park on Monday, March 21st, id number 1831 at Berger Blanc. They will keep him until Friday.

UPDATE – MARCH 26 : This lucky dog was picked back up from Berger Blanc when it was learned he was in danger. He’s now in the care of Gerdy’s Rescues and Adoptions. I’m quite sure if Berger Blanc would be more transparent about their operations, a lot more animals would be safe.

Dante

Dante

My cat Dante went missing around the 1st of September. I live in the Plateau near Parc-Lafontaine. He’s an 11 year old gray tabby with a red collar. He has a name tag with his name and my phone number. We have recently moved from the St. Denis St. Joseph area. Dante is very friendly and loveable… hopefully someone will find him.

Please call Rebecca at (514) 281-1068.

Cat found in Parc Lafontaine

cat found Parc Lafontaine

Small male shorthair grey, black, and white tabby, with all his nails, possibly not neutered but its hard to tell, found in Parc Lafontaine near Papineau and Rachel in the Plateau. He doesn’t look like he has been out on the street for too long, but he is quite slim and a bit dirty. I would estimate that he is between 1 and 2 years, if that.

We would love to keep him until we find his owners, but it’s a bit crowded in our studio apartment with our own two cats. It would be wonderful if we could place him with a foster family until he is either found or given a permanent home.

Please contact Taralyn and Michael at 514-658-7129 if this is your cat, or if you might be interested in fostering him.
